The decision was made by the CETi board of directors to make a long term investment in the courseware library
and extending textbooks for use in a distance- and web-based content delivery. The code snippets, examples, workshops, and case studies were specific to a
business model. The standard 5 year cycle of improvements in hardware, software, and line transmission speeds requires
concise, targeted, and efficient presentation of information technology subject matter that results in employee job performance, quality work, and skillset enhancement with a quantifiable return on investment.
The recommendation from the required NYS BPSS courses: Becoming a More Effective Teacher and Managing the Classroom was to use textbooks. Guidance, instructions, and role-playing were
demonstrated in class for developing performance objectives in teaching with textbooks. Marshall A. Boyler's insights and aphorisms were analyzed in relation to teaching and learning databases and programming languages. They have been incorporated into heuristics within the initial machine-learning framework.
A machine-learning quality and cost control framework has been
applied to SYS-ED courses through March 2020. It addresses and builds upon the
Dun & Bradstreet Open Ratings | PPE: Past Performance Evaluation from 2008.
