CETi and technology partner distance-learning training and classroom instruction is restricted to organizational enterprise - Fortune 1000 corporations, government municipalities, healthcare providers, consulting companies, software companies, and mid-sized businesses which will be sponsoring and paying for its employees to attend information technology courses.

There is a common lesson plan for the distance-learning training and classroom instruction.
Distance-learning courses offered through the CETi technology partner schedule are 65% lecture.
Private distance-learning provides flexible scheduling: non consecutive days of course instruction and training outside of the regular work day. Client organizations can select alternative content delivery: real-time virtual sessions with all students online at the same time, online course with
asynchronous and synchronous lessons, or blended training.

Client organizations and technology partners select and extend the training documentation with CETi resource inputs and mastery of subject matter and return on investment criteria.
A standard course instruction day is 6.5 hours; for classroom instruction there is an hour for lunch and one hour of scheduled breaks in lecture and workshop. The start time day is 8:00 AM and lecture and workshop is completed at 4:30 PM.
Prior to enrollment in a CETi or technology partner course, the client organization is presented with a minimal cost or free public domain training alternative. Client will receive an invoice within 72 hours of enrollment and payment in full is required prior to the start of the course.
CETi and technology partners reserves the right to deny enrollment in its courses. Competency assessment questions, employer verification of the experience and background of the employee and interview are the criteria for determining qualifications for enrollment.
Enrollment in a distance-learning course requires testing the service transmission to the client location: bandwidth, firewall, base operating system, software requirements, web browser, and setup of machine exercises.
Open enrollment public courses are subject to licensing with the New York State Bureau of Proprietary School Supervision. No one is allowed to enroll in a CETi course without completing an enrollment form processed by a Registered Agent.
