PRIORITIES: David Shapiro had been expanding the scope of the Computer Education Techniques, Inc. website operations: aggregation, research, evaluation, and presentation of emerging trends in information technology. This included extending the CETi business model to provide information technology training resource inputs to K10-12 schools, vocational programs, community colleges, junior colleges, 4-year colleges/universities. The CETi dba SYS-ED client base/target market was the human resource function and IT project managers/chief information technology officers at Fortune 1000 companies, healthcare providers, and government agencies. A machine-learning framework was applied to the CETi information technology services, content libraries, and operations: courses, specialized courses, and training programs. The initial use is quality control, cost control, and continuous update in courseware, textbook extensions, and instructor training. The strategy was to have a website infrastructure whereby independent third parties, preferrably accredited academia, can review student/client training outcomes and report on mastery of information technology subject matter.

In conjuction with his search for employment, Mr. Shapiro continues following pre pandemic priorities for obtaining source software certifications and the development of a review service identifying free and low cost self-study information technology alternatives available in the public domain. In conjunction with links to federal and state government websites with ratings and cost and return on investment/employment data, it is a pivot to a new marketing model. Not everyone is qualified or will be allowed to enroll in a CETi technology partner course or training program. Components of the content and services also will be available through SYS-ED branded url namespaces/websites.
