CONTENT AND OBJECTIVES:
    1. Elements of the Program Development Cycle
      • Given a business model, outline the steps required to develop the system.
    2. Control Structures Used in Developing Structured Programs
      • Develop sequence, selection, and repetition structures for code snippets within a program.
    3. Structure Chart - Designing a Program
      • Given a simple client-relationship system, develop a structured chart which represents the details at its base manageable level.
    4. Flowcharting to Construct Program Logic and Documentation
      • Given a second client-relationship system, develop a high level flowchart of the system.
    5. Pseudocode to Construct Program Logic and Documentation
      • Use a structured chart to develop the pseudo code for a major component of the system.
    6. Top-down Program Design Techniques - Problem Resolution
      • Use a top-down approach to deconstruct a client-relationship system to its compositional subsystems.
    7. Structured Walkthroughs
      • Perform a walkthrough on the program design and pseudo code.
