CETi will be extending textbooks and offering an alternative to NRV: Nationally Recognized Vendor Curriculum, and source commerical software and open source certification training - documentation, training aids, distance-learning service, and instructor placement. A target market will be vocational schools, community colleges, junior colleges, and 4 year colleges and universities. The ancillary markets will include the human resource function and in-house trainers. Central to the CETi business model is - low cost, quality instruction, and independent measurement of return on investment. It also will be a component of the CETi GSA schedule.

This website builds upon the regulations and standards of the New York State Department of Education Bureau of Proprietary School Supervision and training center prototype research from 2000 - 2007. The CETi board of directors will be evaluating the curriculum, lesson plans, and machine-learning framework for deciding when to reapply for licensing. In the interim, CETi information technology resources selectively will be made available to accredited academia for evaluation and use. Review of subject matter is restricted to request by e-mail and required to be prequalified by CETi management.
